  • How to use

    Directions: Before using your AllMatters cup for the first time sanitise it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. 1) Fold and insert. The soft cup unfolds to form a light vacuum, keeping it safely in place. 2) It cannot be felt if inserted correctly. Wear for up to 12 hours. 3) Empty, rinse and repeat. In public toilets just wipe with tissue and rinse when you are back home. When your cycle is over, boil your cup in water for 3-5 minutes to sanitise and store it in the cotton bag.
