    TWO (2) PREGNACARE MAX TABLETS PER DAY, PLUS ONE (1) OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY, WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL Swallow each with a cold drink and take with main meal. Not to be chewed.
