    We do not sell prescription medications on our website. You can submit your prescription through our DigiScript Service and choose your local LloydsPharmacy collection point. Prescriptions can be collected and paid for in your chosen store.

  • Can I order over-the-counter (OTC) products without a prescription?

    Yes, you can order OTC products without a prescription. Simply add the desired OTC items to your cart, complete the pharmacy questionnaire and proceed to checkout. Your answers will be checked by a pharmacist before your goods are shipped. If the medication is not suitable, for you or your condition, your order will be automatically refunded and you will receive an email outlining the reason.

    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer secure payment processing for your peace of mind.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your tracking number and where to track your parcel.
