  Sun Milk: Before exposure, apply generously and evenly to the face and body. Renew frequently, especially after swimming or toweling off. If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day. A sunscreen product does not give you 100% protection. Shower Shampoo: Apply to skin or hair, lather then rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.
